At Pointe Staffing Solutions, our philosophy is that one-size-fits-all doesn’t work for all students. We believe that everyone deserves their own support plan, driven by a person-centered approach that targets their own individual needs. Pointe Staffing Solutions believes that the support provided for students with diverse needs must be as unique as the students themselves.
Our Mission
At Pointe Staffing Solutions, our mission is to partner with schools to maintain a close working relationship that allows us to become familiar with their students and their needs in order for us to pair them with aides who will provide the best and most effective support possible.
Unlike other agencies that just feed schools with personnel, Pointe will follow-up on every new placement as well as hold routine check-ins and meetings with schools to discuss current supports, what is and isn’t working, and what needs to change or remain the same. Since the founders of Pointe have a background in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis, they believe the Pointe of pairing a student and aide is continual improvement.

The founders of Pointe Staffing Solutions have a combined 35 years of experience supporting children and adults with diverse needs, in the fields of Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis.
