    Behavior Interventionist Qualifications

    -Eligible to work in the U.S.

    -High school diploma, bachelors’ preferred

    -Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with disabilities

    -Ability to pass Livescan

    -Passion for working with children with disabilities

    -Ability to maintain calm composure in challenging situations

    -Exceptional patience required

    -Must be willing to collaborate with and take directives from teachers and multiple supervisors

    -Attend mandatory company trainings throughout the year

    -Willing to support students who have various behavior challenges, including but not limited to aggression, off-task behaviors, verbal and physical aggression, elopement

    -Must be willing to assist with adaptive/self-help needs, including but not limited to hand washing and toileting

    -Must have effective communication skills

    -Must have reliable transportation to work

    -Must be able to adhere to students’ Behavior Support Plans
